@nwalkemdown: if you’re a mother reading this, just know you’re doing amazing and you’re going to be okay. ❤️‍🩹 you’re so brave, and even though some days are harder than others your spark is never truly lost i promise you!! it’s okay to take a couple of hours for yourself to feel confident most importantly, to feel like YOU again. becoming a mother doesn’t mean losing the person you were before. everyone’s story is different, but we all share the beautiful privilege of creating life. we carried our babies for months and experienced the changes in our bodies and faced the emotional and physical challenges of postpartum. some days are harder than others, and that’s okay. never feel guilty for taking care of yourself. you’re still YOU just a new version of yourself with a whole new purpose. trust your journey and keep your head up! have faith that everything will fall into place. to all my mamas, you deserve to feel beautiful, loved, cherished and happy too. never forget that. ❣️and to all my postpartum mamas if ur still reading this when did you finally start feeling like yourself again? #postpartum #MomsofTikTok #postpartumjourney #hairtransformation #HealingJourney
