it's because it's the fit he likes and it gives him the right security in the right self-soothing it's giving him what he wants. it's like you when you go to buy a purse. it fit's what he's wanting. and it's cute too. this is the first time I've ever seen one. what has mean more concerned is his face buried into that cushion,it just looks too heavy to be near his face but I do love that looks like a fish when fish bones. but it sounds like it's being implied as a bottle is this a binky or a bottle I don't see where anything can be put in it
