@bossjobph: Bakit mahirap i-manage ang mga GEN Z employees? Oh… work work lang ha… walang personalan. #careertips #GenZ #corporatelife #workculture #Bossjob

Why would you lower your self diba dahil sa work lang? like with western culture—

I fail to see how these are considered traits that make it hard to manage gen z. Toxic lang talaga workplace before, at dun nasanay ang karamihan lol.

kalokohan naman yung millenial na malaman yung sahod sa start day. I’m a millennial, and salary is discussed during the interview process. The amount is also clearly stated in the job offer. to each his own, baka fly by night yung company nun

What’s more concerning is when they’re given autonomy to deliver meaningful work. They can produce impressive outputs, sometimes with the help of AI, but when asked to explain their methodology, reasoning, or decisions, the depth simply isn’t there.

Another observation I have as a Millennial manager is that some Gen Z employees don’t necessarily want feedback. They want validation. Those are two entirely different things.
They appreciate recognition when their work is praised, but when you challenge their methodology, question their reasoning, or point out gaps, constructive criticism suddenly feels like a personal attack.
Feedback isn’t always supposed to make you feel good. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable because it exposes what you don’t know yet. The ability to acknowledge those gaps, take accountability, and improve is what builds professional maturity.
You can’t demand autonomy and recognition while being unwilling to have your decisions challenged.
