At Monterey Car Week 2026, Koenigsegg has unveiled the all-new CCGT1. Built on the CC850 platform, this car is a modern take on the iconic Koenigsegg CCGT. 70 units will be produced at a €3,350,000 price tag and all are sold out. The CCGT1 comes standard with a sequential shifter with the brand-new LST-based Koenigsegg Sequential Shift (KSS), featuring a clutch for take-off and ignition cuts for clutchless shifts - just like the original CCGT. The car can alternatively be optioned with the ESS H-Pattern Manual from the CC850. Like the CC850, the roof is removable to offer a topless driving experience. The CCGT1 takes the CC850's styling and turns it up to 100: a huge rear wing, a prominent floating roof scoop, and a redesigned front and rear clamshell for a more aggressive aerodynamic & cooling setup. It produces up to 800kg (1760lbs) of downforce at 250km/h. Its twin-turbo V8 engine produces 1,280hp (1,600hp on E85). The car also debuts Koenigsegg's new

The car also debuts Koenigsegg's new "Ghost Fibre", a simulated white carbon (crystal-white aramid/carbon matrix) - inspired by the CCXR Trevita. This Ghost Weave is retroactively available on the Sadair's Spear, too. Where the CCGT1 really shines is the optional Track Package. If you order the kit, you can take your CCGT1 to your local dealer to convert it into a track-only race car. The kit includes a full carbon roll cage, HANS compatible racing seats, a race steering wheel with airbag deactivation, a fire suppression system, a race exhaust, built-in air jacks, track-focused suspension and brake set-up, a set of rims with track-optimized slick tires, and enhanced aerodynamics. Owners of the CCGT1 with the Track Package with be invited to CCGT1 track days, similar to the experience offered by Pagani's Arte in Pista or Ferrari's Corse Clienti. We have already begun our preliminary registry of the CCGT1 and will be posting them as they take shape! #Koenigsegg #CCGT1 #CCGT #CC850 #KoenigseggCCGT1 What do you think of this new Koenigsegg?
