Young dogs do not belong behind bars 24-7, and Maxwell had a few medical holds that left him in his kennel for weeks with no walks or enrichment. He is understandably stressed and frustrated here at the Shelter Maxwell is full of life and playful energy, he loves toys, and water! He deserves daily walks and attention and a warm bed to sleep in. Maxwell needs a committed family that will give him the love guidance and training he needs to become his best self.
