Like a dream, I waited for your return... Every lost moment of sleep waiting for a text or call was like holding onto a dream you wish you could go back to but your brain simply won't let you, but you try to dream it anyway right? Just like you choose to call, text... care even after hours, days, weeks or months snof silence you still hold onto that hope of a dream that just feels too far to reach for.

Like a dream, I was back at the same apartment. With same bed, same closet, same tiny little kitchen. And worse of all the same mirror I used to avoid in the morning. I knew it was foolish to stick around there. But I did it anyways. I got used to the bed, closet, the bathroom, and the fact there was no mirror to torture me in the morning. Just random wake up calls from him. I'd wake up with notifications that there was a meeting he wanted me to attend with him. I don't know why he did it but after a while I got used to it. I got used to 𝘩𝘪𝘮. But here I am back at this shitty apartment. Like all of that was a dream. Like he was a dream.

Like in a dream she said all the things she had wished she was brave enough to say. You abandoned us because it was easier, you left us with a monster because it caused problems to try to do what was right. I finally spoke my truth but it was to late for me to be saved so you did the bare minimum to keep me from becoming a natural disaster. I was a terrible teenager ungrateful and bitchy, but I was also a broken soul who needed to understand why you just gave up. I'm sorry for the way I behaved, but you took advantage of me and treated me like I was nothing important. So I ran away left it all behind without a second thought, then I made my own family. Now I am an adult with children who have no idea what a extend family is like because you would rather push us into the dark corner and pretend I am not your family. I wish I could tell you how much a craved a real family, not where I was only good enough when you needed to look generous. you keep trying to erase me, but I just keep coming back shining brighter than before.

Like a dream, after wandering in those dark caves, fighting hungry hopeless creatures, I finally discover a green place. God rays are piercing through the dense treetops. There is ancient buildings and statues and a bridge above that opal water lead me to the almighty artefact that will give me the power to save my planet from Maltozor. I sigh, covered of bruises and others small injuries. My armor is only the shadow of itself but I am here. I take a few step but as if a shape of lead hit my shoulders, I fall on the ground, my body weakens and my eyes feels heavy, my body scream to me to rest but I have no time... I have to... And then everything fade to black as I stretch my hand in direction of my destiny.
