Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook each flatbread for 1–2 minutes per side until golden brown spots appear and the bread becomes soft and slightly crispy around the edges. Brush lightly with olive oil or melted butter, sprinkle with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm with hummus, cheese, roasted vegetables, grilled meat, or your favorite dipping sauce.
