i may have had to beg her to love me, and maybe i’ve had to ask for the bare minimum, but she’s still the only person i see a future with. she’s still the girl i imagine growing old with, the one i want beside me through every good and bad moment. despite all the times i’ve felt hurt, doubted myself, or questioned whether i was enough for her, my heart still chooses her. i know love shouldn’t have to be begged for, but i still hope that one day she’ll love me the way i’ve always loved her, choose me without hesitation, and make me feel like i’m someone she truly wants. because no matter how hard things get, she’s still the girl i want, and a future without her is still something i struggle to imagine.
