Fırında Cheese Burger Casserole 🍔 English⬇️ Malzemeler: • 2–3 adet patates • 250 g kıyma • 1 adet soğan • 1 adet kapya biber • 1 paket krema • Cheddar peyniri (rendelenmiş veya dilimlenmiş) • Tuz • Karabiber • Toz biber • Köri Yapılışı: 1.Patatesleri haşla veya közle. Ardından halka şeklinde dilimle ve fırın kabının tabanına diz. 2.Tavaya az sıvı yağ al. Küp doğranmış soğan ve kapya biberi ekleyip yumuşayana kadar kavur. Ardından kıymayı ekle ve suyunu salıp çekene kadar pişir. Tuz, karabiber, köri ve toz biberle tatlandır. Son olarak kremayı ekle, karıştır ve birkaç dakika daha pişir. 3.Fırın kabındaki patateslerin üzerine cheddar peyniri serpiştir. Kıymalı harcı bu peynirin üzerine dök. En üste tekrar bolca cheddar peyniri yerleştir. 4.Önceden ısıtılmış 190°C fırında, üzeri kızarana kadar yaklaşık 20–25 dakika pişir. 5.Fırından çıkınca birkaç dakika dinlendir, ardından dilimleyip sıcak servis et. Ekstra lezzet için fırına vermeden önce üzerine birkaç turşu dilimi veya karamelize soğan da ekleyebilirsin 🍔✨ English ⬇️ Ingredients: • 2–3 potatoes • 250 g ground beef • 1 onion • 1 red bell pepper • 1 pack of cream • Cheddar cheese (grated or sliced) • Salt • Black pepper • Paprika • Curry powder ⸻ Instructions: 1.Boil or roast the potatoes. Slice them into rounds and arrange them on the bottom of a baking dish. 2.Heat a little oil in a pan. Add finely chopped onion and red bell pepper, and sauté until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until it releases its water and reabsorbs it. Season with salt, black pepper, curry, and paprika. Finally, add the cream, stir, and cook for a few more minutes. 3.Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the potatoes. Pour the meat mixture on top. Finish with another generous layer of cheddar cheese. 4.Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 20–25 minutes, until the top is golden brown. 5.Let it rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
