As a Jing Yuan main from 1.0, his ex-eidolon won't change the fact that Hoyoverse isn't acknowleding Jing Yuan's problems with his old kit (Lightning Lord only having Jing Yuan's max atk by 66% than a 80-100%) and his overexceeding stacks not being converted into extra stacks when he does a Skill or Ult. Not to mention LL's lack of speed and utter dependence on Sunday's action forward. And we're not even going to mention his Eidolons E1 & E2 just being bad in general, not a game-changer to his play style and being a tickle DMG bonus to Jing Yuan unlike certain current 5* character's E1 & E2 being an actual huge significance to their kit/archetype. And lastly his trace buffs being just a small bonus stats (like 10% Crit rate on his final trace? And his other just having a regenerated energy when entering a battle and an extra 10-20 crit dmg to LL when he exceeds 6 above hit points??? that's it) rather than being a dedicated top-up bonus for buff for his kit like the current 5* units? As a Jing Yuan main, we should NOT be falling for whatever propaganda this is because this should've been a novaflare than it being a p2w slop, it's just an excuse for desperate loyal old unit mains to let Hoyo gain profit cause the excess Ex-Eidolons are a p2w eitherway. It's just money grab in disguise 💀

TO CLARIFY , These Ex Eidolons at least from what we know now are NOT saving any of these characters 😭 they’re not suddenly meta and still all struggle from the same issues they had before .
