100% , I travel & eat alone often n I think it’s bc they think the larger group will give a larger tip but that’s not always the case n when I get great service I definetly like to tip very generously. Just got find good places n vibes

as someone who spends most of their time alone i notice this butttt it’s usually from nonpoc. i always have a really nice solo experience whenever whoever is serving/hosting/working etc is a minority
