@alter_139: 💰 **Why do billionaires sometimes pay less tax than ordinary workers? 👀** Here’s the secret behind the controversial *“Buy, Borrow, Die”* strategy. 🧠📈 Many billionaires hold their wealth in stocks and other assets rather than salaries. When those assets rise in value, the gains are often not taxed until they’re sold. Instead of selling and triggering capital gains tax, some wealthy investors borrow money using their assets as collateral. The loan provides cash without being treated as taxable income in many tax systems. Add trusts, complex financial structures, inheritance rules, and the influence wealthy individuals can have on tax policy, and you begin to see why taxing extreme wealth is such a complicated debate. ⚖️ **The big question:** Should billionaires pay more tax on the wealth they accumulate, or is the current system fair? 👇 Share your thoughts in the comments! 🌟 Follow @entaiq.vision for daily insights on money, business, and wealth. #Billionaires #WealthInequality #TaxPolicy #PersonalFinance #USFinance

But he needs proof of income to be able to pay back that personal loan. That income is personal income, which is subject to tax. Or he loans in name of one of his companies, and lets the company pay back the loan. But that would restrict what he can buy, as purchases must be business expenses. And everything he does buy is owned by the company, not him personally. 👍👍👍

But where does he get the money to pay back the loan?? Surely he has to sell some of his stocks to pay it back..... Then when he sells them he will be taxed on them right???
