Yall don’t understand until you are in this position. I don’t know what it’s like to have cps take my kids but I do know what separation from ur children makes u go through as a mother. And her world is upside down this won’t affect her case this actually could help. She is showing her shed in front of everyone about her hurt and it doesn’t seem she’s been drinking so that’s good. I’m proud of her it has to fall apart before it can be mended an what it looks like to us is not the concern it’s that she’s attempting to heal and be better for herself and her children. Give her some grace yall are not perfect.

ppl who were on the live said she was grounding herself by saying her own name, her mom's name and her kids name. maybe it's a technique she learned in therapy or something to help her regulate her emotions or come out of a breakdown. kinda like for ppl with anxiety you look around and name things you can see, touch, feel, etc...
