@jax_shahutte: Rainy days call for a warm, creamy, cheesy bowl of goodness. 🌧️🌽🧀 Ingredients: * 2 teaspoons butter * 150 g corn * 1 tablespoon chopped onion * Black pepper, to taste * Salt, to taste * A very small amount of chilli powder * 1 small packet of full-cream milk * ½ teaspoon chilli oil (or a little less) * 2 slices of cheese Method: 1. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the corn, chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and a tiny amount of chilli powder. 2. Sauté everything together for 2–3 minutes. 3. Transfer the corn mixture to a bowl and set aside. 4. In the same pan, pour in the full-cream milk and cook for 1–2 minutes. 5. Add the chilli oil and another ½ teaspoon of black pepper. Mix well. 6. Add the corn mixture back into the pan and cook for another 2 minutes. 7.
