Now THIS caught my attention 👀 Hidden inside Golden Mile Food Centre near Bugis is MareMyst, a Muslim-owned Algerian food stall serving flavours you definitely don’t see every day in Singapore. I went for their Chakchouka Beef Rice Bowl 🍚🔥Tender savoury beef, a rich tomato-and-pepper flavour, warm spices and a little tanginess all soaking into the rice… this was HEARTY. 🤤 It’s comforting enough to feel familiar, but the North African flavours make it completely different from my usual hawker centre order.
