@asian_tattooed_foodie: Sometimes dinner is more than just a meal… sometimes it’s an experience you remember. 🍽️✨ Dinner at Essential by Christophe was exactly that. From the moment the tasting menu started, you could feel the thought, technique, and intention behind every course. Chef Christophe Bellanca created a menu that wasn’t just beautiful to look at the flavors actually delivered. Every plate had its own personality. Delicate, rich, savory, bright, smoky, creamy… and somehow each course flowed into the next without feeling repetitive. The seafood courses were beautifully balanced, the sauces added layers without overpowering the ingredients, and the little details in each dish made you slow down and really taste what was happening. That’s what I love about a great tasting menu. You’re not just ordering what you already know you like. You’re trusting the chef, stepping outside your usual choices, and letting someone take you through their vision one plate at a time. And Chef Christophe Bellanca definitely took us on a journey. 👏🏽 The presentation was elegant, the flavors were thoughtful, and every course felt like it belonged in the story of the meal. Nothing felt like it was there just to impress it all had purpose. Essential by Christophe was refined without feeling stiff, creative without trying too hard, and most importantly… the food tasted as good as it looked. 😮‍💨🔥 For me, this is what being AsianTattooedFoodie is all about experiencing food, appreciating the craft behind it, trying something different, and enjoying the entire moment from the first bite to the last. Chef Christophe Bellanca, beautifully done. 👏🏽🍽️✨ Now tell me… are you the type who loves a chef’s tasting menu, or do you need to know exactly what you’re ordering first? 👀 #AsianTattooedFoodie #EssentialByChristophe #ChefChristopheBellanca #ChefsTastingMenu #FineDining
