the yozmas are illegal yes but they're minors you cant speak to them like that but the kid whose bike goes 28 he's legal, it has pedals, it goes at the legal speed for electric assister bicycles, you can not take a minor to jail unless committed a serious crime and if not it would be a juvenile detention center, mind you, the officer is cussing minors out severely and making shit up, plus, "none of these are legal" under proper circumstances they're all legal, if they're on private property and allowed to like they're property or tracks designed for them and that lady is trespassing in some way they're not in the wrong, that lady is overreacting and that officer is definitely a raging soccer dad.
