@thedoulamsw: Social Worker Day in the Life + Fall TJ Maxx FALL shopping haul 🍂🤎 I love social work and if you’ve been following me that’s no surprise. BUTTTTT this is more about how creating content has helped me grow as a medical social worker and become more confident in my social work career. From working in hospital social work and supporting patients and families to sharing my experiences as a healthcare social worker, content creation has pushed me outside my comfort zone in the best way. My MSW journey, life as a medical social worker, and growth beyond the hospital have taught me that professional development doesn’t stop when the workday ends. Sometimes, putting yourself out there helps you become a stronger communicator, build connections, and find your voice as a social worker! I’ll ask add that building this community has shown me that social work is more broad than I could ever imagine.
