at 4 of my jobs I would be 15 minutes late almost everyday. not on purpose 😭 I'm bad with personal time management. eventually they stopped even caring and calling or texting. because THEY LEARNED which employee was actually gonna get shit done! 🤣 a few times the person who was supposed to leave whole waiting for me to get there had a problem one day and my manger literally told them "she's coming, calm down. she's about to come do her shift and finish all the things you didn't do and I don't even have to ask her so you can wait a few minutes behind the register it's not going to kill you"
