For me, it’s not about hexing to cause other people harm. It’s about setting the hex intentions for accountability and justice. If accountability injustice looks like harm to them because of what they did and so be it that’s on them.

True! But a lot of times the people that curse or hex are witches which do not Research the other persons backgrounds. That means that you are hexing a person who may on off chance have their words down and you actually connect and cause JUSTICE. But that same person will go into the Astra spiritual routes and trace the curse to you. If they aren't stronger than you, you win. But if they are stronger than you, you are going to get a fresh new curse back. It's not karma, it's just simply war. Also don't hide behind that your God or goddess is superior to everyone else's God or goddess. These gods are goddesses only work in their realm. So basically what happens is if you launched the curse from that God or goddess his point of view it doesn't reach all levels of the target, it only reaches the viewpoint of the particular God or goddess. Again, they receiving WITCH was simply sense where it's coming from block that particular energy influence and strike back sometimes even with the same God her goddess that was supposed to target the other person. Also there is no such thing as permanently stopping somebody. They may not be able to strike back for years. But the minute they have power and they feel you are somehow in the way, the pathway is already there and you are going to get slapped energetically. A pro witch works in situations not individuals
