Bob96 :
Young people want to work, it’s just incredibly difficult to get a job especially one that pays enough.

Lower the retirement age to 60 so the younger generation can take our jobs. Those who can retire can do so.

Literally WHY ARE ENTRY LEVEL JOBS REQUIRING YEARS OF EXPERIENCE while paying minimum wage. and you have people with PhDs applying for those positions and staying in them for YEARS

I have a MASTERS and I can't find a job. Over 100 applications rejected. Not to mention having to constantly fight for my right to EXIST as a targeted minority. This is a terrible time to live.

The idea that young people "don’t want to work" is straight boomer BS. Young people recognise abuse of power/inequity AND want to build a better work - more than willing to do so, in fact. Anyone who’s spent time with them (teacher, carer, etc.) knows that much.

if retirement age do not go down, how would younger generations work, politicians ain't creating new job but are definitely increasing the retirement age and taxation anyways...

My daughter is dealing with the “need experience to get a job but can’t get experience without a job” conundrum right now. It’s ridiculous

I applied for a better job and then was told I'd have to work at a "reduced rate" for my 12 month probation period. I'm 37 years old with 20 years of experience! what the hell is wrong with these employers!

I think grade requirements shouldn’t be a thing when you’re trying to get into university. Just because I failed high school chemistry doesn’t mean I can’t be a doctor.
