@ghbrain_: The Ghana Police Service, in collaboration with the National Road Safety Authority (NRSA), is intensifying public education ahead of the November 1, 2026 launch of the #TRAFFITECH-GH automated traffic enforcement project under the Road Traffic Regulations 2026 (L.I. 2519). Speaking during a sensitisation presentation, a road safety expert stressed that 100 km/h is the general speed limit on motorways in Ghana, unless otherwise indicated by road signs. He cited the ongoing motorway expansion project, explaining that drivers may encounter sections with lower speed limits, such as 30 km/h, and must obey the posted signs. - #ghbrain

@HunterAppleseed :
Place speed limits on every road. That should be the most important exercise to ensure safety on our roads. Don’t be too concerned about the speed cameras alone but place vivid speed limits on our roads

So, my question is, where are the road sign posts? What kind of implementation policy is this? speed road signs or speed cameras, which one should come first? Are you people serious?

I will suggest that at any point where the speed camera warning sign is placed, the speed limit sign should be displayed there as well. That will be very helpful.

I don't like speed but I think the speed is low and will affect a lot of people.
they should add ten (15) each to the figures.
the politicians and big men will surely always fall foul of the law.
as usual Ghanaian will got it passed and are happy and the same people would ask, do you know who I am? you should have used your position to let them increase it a little.
I can see an amendment very very soon. at least 120 on the motorway soon
