i came 10 minutes early for my appointment to a collab cafe, they made me wait outside for the entirety of the 10 minutes while the cafe was ENTIRELY EMPTY😭😭😭😭mind you it was cold and rainy outside😭😭😭

Japanese customer service is so polite and great UNTIL you need even a millimeter outside the norm. Then forget it, everything goes off the rails. And god forbid you have any kind of issue.

There is a cake shop near where i used to live. I walked in and was informed that i can only buy whole cakes. If i wanted slices, then i have to open their fb page the night prior to look at whats available, then call them only between 9am to 10am to 予約 the slices. I tried for a few days and could never get through. Fine, keep your cakes!
