@stella_witchofthemoon: In my practice, I work with emotions as energy in motion. Sometimes I need to let that energy move through me before I can decide what I want to do with it. Anger and rage can carry real power, I do not believe they should be shamed or denied a place within our craft. Breath, dance, music and spellwork are some of the ways I work with what I am feeling and give it direction. This is one way I understand transmutation and the alchemy of witchcraft, working with the energy already alive within me and consciously directing where it goes. Within a spell, emotion can be given another form. Anger can strengthen a boundary, rage can fuel protection, grief can support release and what once felt consuming can become part of creating change. This does not mean every emotion must be transformed or that movement is the answer for everyone. It is just one way I work with what I feel in my craft without suppressing or allowing them to consume/control me. #witch #witchcraft #spellcasting
