It’s a lie. Every job I have had since were never through connections. Infact, no one has connected me to a job. I apply on LinkedIn, I get called for interviews and get the jobs. So I don’t understand when everyone says one need protocols before they get jobs. It’s because they are focusing on the government institutions. Those institutions that pay peanuts and you all are looking for protocols to get ??? Go on LinkedIn and you will get great jobs there. Focus on the private sectors

The way I gave my all to National service, I wasn’t even acting like I’m hardworking, I actually loved the work and gave it my all , so in my mind, oh they’ll talk to HR for me to get a contract or even be retained (broken heart) nothing!! People who were always slacking rather were given contracts just because they know the ‘big people’ in the organization hmmm . Two years later, I’m still struggling to get a job😭

I completed the aviation school, I have tried all means to be employed in the aviation sector, or even with an airline, looking at all that fees I paid at the aviation school hmm, was at the airport to submit my letter, was told point blank if you don’t have connection you won’t be employed 😒, it soo sad errrh..

I did my NSS in 2020 and I had the best NSS personnel at Municipal Assembly I worked at. So I was told I would be giving direct employment after the service. We started the process and I was later told that the MCE said I need a letter from a politician before he can help me get employment. Till now am still looking for work hmmmm Ghana
