I bought my from Yuwasa and they even fixed the number plate in my presence and the following day I was driving to Ntungamo for a burial of my workmate's mother. I stopped in Mbarara to have breakfast at aroma restaurant a street I was told is called makanisingi. while drinking my tea, the street parking guys put that chain thing on my car that I had parked on Mbarara streets several times not paying.
