@randomvideos.365: This charming clip captures the crisp, amplified eating sounds of a baby red squirrel having a snack in the grass. A wildlife photographer placed a directional shotgun microphone directly beside the tiny creature, recording every rapid nibble, crunch, and munch in close-up detail.  Holding the food tightly between both front paws, the baby squirrel focuses entirely on its meal, unbothered by the nearby audio gear. The resulting audio gives a rare, satisfying burst of pure natural ASMR straight from the forest floor.  #squirrel #babyanimals #animals #nature #asmr

source: Dani Connor on YouTube. Look for "Dani Connor baby squirrel" for her original clip. Fun fact: it was featured in the movie Dune as an Arrakis kangaroo mouse. Dani is an excellent photographer and videographer with a biology background. She's best known for her videos of red squirrels in Sweden, but travels the world to bring everyone nice videos of other animals as well.

Edinburgh Squirrel :

They do make the funniest little squeaky noises especially if they are chasing each other in a fight over nuts, trying to act like little hard men but just sounding so cute and silly. Could watch squirrels for hours.
