I used to use silicone mats but I detest washing them. So moved to precut sheets of parchment paper and love that. BUT here’s my question: I usually buy the natural colored sheets vs. the white ones. Is that going to make a difference in the bake?

You shouldn’t let them cool on the pans. The extra heat over cooks them and they’ll also stick. Take them off the pans after a couple of minutes.

I bake cookies no spray or parchment. i have no problem with sticking. Parchment does help with cleaning though

I use parchment but I prefer the cookie from the dark pan with spray. You just don’t leave it on the pan to cool lol
