How many faces can you spot in the dark? I’d like to issue a formal apology to whoever comes across this reel in the middle of the night. It’s spooky season so there’s no better time to make a reel about this chapter in the story 😔 I’m proud to say I accidentally jumpscared myself in the process of making the sound effects because I forgot what happens at the end 😅😅 Lore time! This scene is actually from super early on in the book (Perhaps in the first 20 chapters of the unfortunately non published yet story?) Adonis lives in the bailey of his kingdoms castle and has recently been subject to very random dreams he can’t make sense of as he tries battling his insomnia. (More reels about dreams?!?! My bad guys) In a disturbing turn of events he finds himself on the cold stone floor of his room during dawn hours with his bed and everything in his room missing. He’s unable to tell whether he’s actually dreaming or if it’s reality, but regardless he’s bewildered at where everything is. He searches the castle and his regular work area, unaware he’s not actually awake. The structure is the same. Same building, same walls… but every single room is empty and not a single soul is around. All he sees is just old vines on every ceiling, as if the castle has been abandoned for a long time. Everything and everybody is just gone. Adonis isn’t aware of the shadows following him, nor does he see anything lurking in the darkness. It’s as if he awoke in the same castle hundreds of years later. He doesn’t know how to leave the place, and he doesn’t know how he arrived. Though the shadows very soon let him know he’s not welcome. The hospital beeping noise at the end is to indicate this attack in the dream may or may not have caused a real life physical injury. Y’all ever see that reel about what happens when you take Walmart melatonin?! 😭😭 #digitalart #animationtiktok #animationart - @d3vfilo
