@itsmetonying10: St. Thomas Khuong JANUARY 30: HE REFUSED TO TRAMPLE THE CROSS Saint Toma Khuong Priest and Martyr Died: 1860 --- St. Thomas Khuong was a (Tonkinese) Vietnamese diocesan priest who was a member of the Dominican Confraternity of Priests. During the anti-Christian persecution in his land, he was imprisoned several times. On his last arrest, he was ordered to stomp on a cross to show his refutation of Christianity. He, instead, knelt and began to pray. Due to this, he was beheaded with an axe while kneeling before the cross he refused to trample. ctto @Mau
