i hope the swelling starts going down, glad ur feeling good though uncle rod !!! my dad has diabetes and it always helps his swelling is a lymphatic drainage massage ! you can look up a tutorial but its just a gentle face message to help move around lymphatic fluid ! have a great day uncle rod 🤙
