نساء العاصمة يرفعن شعار “المرأة الشيعية مظلومة” تنديداً بقانون الأحوال الجعفري "طشر الأسرة وخلاها بالشوارع" ساحة الفردوس (بغداد) 964 امتدت الاحتجاجات النسوية الرافضة لتطبيق تعديلات “قانون الأحوال الجعفري”، اليوم الجمعة، (16 تشرين الأول 2026)، من البصرة إلى العاصمة بغداد، حيث نظمت مجموعة من النساء وقفة احتجاجية في ساحة الفردوس، تخللتها مسيرة باتجاه ساحة كهرمانة، للمطالبة بتعديل أحكام الحضانة وإلغاء الأثر الرجعي للقانون وحماية الأطفال والنساء من المساومة والتشتت الأسري. ورفعت المشاركات في الوقفة رسائل موجهة إلى الزيدي وفائق زيدان وهيبت الحلبوسي، وسط تصريحات أدلين بها لـ شبكة 964 أكدن فيها أن “المرأة الشيعية مظلومة، وأن القانون المعدل سياسي وجاء في حقبة انتخابية لخدمة مصالح السياسيين وطشر الأسرة بدلاً من حمايتها”. وتضمنت الوقفة شهادات حية لأمهات يتحدثن عن تعرضهن لمساومات تتضمن التنازل عن كامل حقوقهن المالية أو العيش مع زوجات آباء أبنائهم في غرفة واحدة مقابل رؤية الأطفال، فضلاً عن حالات تعنيف لطرد أطفال إلى الشارع وتشتيتهم بين منازل الأقارب. وتلخصت أبرز مطالب المحتجات بالدعوة إلى إلغاء الأثر الرجعي وإلغاء القرار (93) كشرط أساسي لضمان استقرار الأطفال، وتعديل فقرات المدونة بما يمنع انتزاع الأبناء المراهقين من أمهاتهم لا سيما في سن الـ 13، وتطبيق مبدأ المساواة بين حقوق الرجل والمرأة دون تمييز، ضماناً لحماية الأطفال من العنف والتسرب المدرسي والمخاطر الاجتماعية. وخلال الوقفة، قالت الناشطة منار العقابي لـ شبكة 964 إن “القانون الجعفري هو قانون لا جعفري، قانون سياسي جاء من أجل مصالح السياسيين في حقبة وزمن انتخابي لا أكثر ولا أقل”، مبينة أن النساء العراقيات في شوارع بغداد وعموم العراق يعانين اليوم من موضوع الحضانة ويتعرضن للمساومة، وأضافت: “أنا أبصم لك بالعشرة إن كل امرأة عراقية حاضرة هنا زوجها مساومها، يا أما تتنازل عن حقوقها أو توقع على كمبيالات، أو تروح تعيش وياه هو وزوجته بغرفة وحدة وما تفك حلكها على أي شي”. وأردفت العقابي بالقول إن القانون “اللاجعفري” الذي زعموا أنه سيحمي الأسرة واستقرارها، “طشر الأسرة العراقية وخلاها بالشوارع أطفال مهددة، أطفال بدون مدارس، معنفة، وحتى جاي ينطونهم مواد تخدير”، مشيرة إلى أن ناشطين مثل هشام الذهبي ينشرون نداءات للأمهات لاستقبال أطفال تاخت إرادتهم وتواجدوا في دور الإيواء دون علم أهلهم، مختتمة حديثها بالتأكيد على أن “النقطة الثانية والأهم هي إلغاء الأثر الرجعي وقرار 93”. من جانبها، تحدثت المتظاهرة أم نور لـ شبكة 964 عن معاناة طفلها قائلة إن الأطفال يتعرضون للتعنيف من قبل الآباء، موضحة: “ابني طرده أبوه بالشارع بالليل، مو مرة وحدة لأكثر من مرة يسويها وياه وهو طفل ولسبب غير مقنع، يكول لي لازم تروح تبقى يم بيت عمتك أو عمك لأن هو يشتغل من الصبح لليل فما عنده أحد يرعاه”، متساءلة عن ذنب الطفل في التنقل وتهبيط حياته لدرجة طلبه الاتصال بالشرطة بعد طرده، ومطالبة بتعديل المدونة الجعفرية وإلغاء الأثر الرجعي نهائياً بحيث “إما يأخذ على المدونة يوافق على شروطها ويتحمل مسؤوليتها أو العكس، والمساواة بين حقوق الرجل والمرأة وعدم التمييز”. بدورها، قالت المتظاهرة أم علي لـ شبكة 964 إن “ابنتها تبلغ من العمر 13 عاماً، متساءلة عمن وضع القرار إن كان قد فكر بالبنية المراهقة التي تحتاج إلى أمها وحنانها”، وأضافت: “من تروح يم الأب شنو راح يسوي الهَا شلون راح يفهم عليها، وأغلب الآباء متزوجين وما ينتبهون على الأطفال.. الأم نكسر ظهرها على أطفالها تتعب وتربي وبالتالي يروحون من عدها”. واختتمت أم علي مناشداتها قائلة: “ناشدنا علي الزيدي ما فاد، ناشدنا أستاذ فائق زيدان ومجلس القضاء الأعلى وماكو فائدة، وكذلك المرجعية الرشيدة ماكو، هسه أنا أناشد هيبة الحلبوسي، عليك أبو الفضل أنا مرة شيعية وجاي أناشدك، باوع لمظلوميتنا باوع على هاي النساء، عليك بحليب أمك الرضعته أنصف هاي الأمهات المظلومة، لان المرأة الشيعية نظلمت والقانون الجعفري ظلمها”.
