This is a bad argument. Just because someone makes a choice with consequences doesnt mean they should be denied healthcare. But smoking and abortion are different situations, cancer is a disease while an unborn child is a developing human life which has a right to life. the smoking comparison doesnt address the moral question of if a unborn child deserves rights
