@oseyifunmii: NOT EVERY DEATH IS GOD TAKING SOMEONE AWAY FROM THE EVIL DAYS AHEAD. SOMETIMES, HUMAN NEGLIGENCE AND A FAILED SYSTEM ARE RESPONSIBLE. Many people may have lost their lives today, not because God wanted to save them from the troubles of tomorrow, but because they were denied the adequate medical attention they desperately needed to survive today. I speak from personal experience. During my recent sickness, I visited two different private hospitals, hoping to receive medical attention. Sadly, both gave me the same excuse: “The laboratory has closed and doctor is not available.” That evening, I was extremely weak. My body felt as though it could no longer carry me. The night seemed endless and I feared what the next morning might bring. With no adequate help received, I returned home, took paracetamol, held my head in pain and prayed to my Creator to preserve my life until the next day. That experience made me think deeply about the countless people who may have found themselves in similar situations but never lived long enough to tell their stories. What happens to a patient who arrives at a hospital in a critical condition, only to be told that the laboratory has closed? What happens to someone who needs urgent medical attention but is turned away because a particular service is unavailable? What happens to those who cannot afford to reach another hospital? Will we simply say, “God has taken them away from the evil days ahead” and move on without questioning the circumstances that led to their deaths? Faith should not become an excuse for irresponsibility. Human life deserves more than excuses. It deserves care, urgency, competence, and compassion. Some years back I took my brother to a general hospital under a critical condition, he was actually referred from a private hospital after 3days of no improvement. My brother was crying, fighting and begging for his life, I was crying as well for attention, the nurse on her first approach to me said I am disturbing them, that who told me that my brother case was emergency, a 30 year old man, who could not walk on his leg, who 2 hefty men carried. They later said they wouldn’t attend to him at the emergency entrance, It was even the uber driver that suggested another government hospital, when we got to another hospital, we were told no space to admit him. Straight to the 3rd hospital which happened to be a private hospital, it was right there scan, X-ray and test were conducted, he was given some treatment to calm him and within a very short period a surgery was performed on him, and that was how he was saved. He would have gone for like 10years ago🙏.

Hmmmm same thing happened to me last year December, I’ve been contracting and admitted na so the so called government hospital nurses came to inform me that they are on strike and that they can’t rever me to a private hospital but to another government hospital in another town💁🏻💁🏻💁🏻 can you imagine for a nurse to tell a pregnant woman that is already contracting and in pain to be transfer to another town ??? My husband had to take me to a private hospital and I am grateful to God today bcos we are all alive in good health,May God have mercy on us.
