Broke my heart when Ward Warehouse came down. Honestly the whole area hasn't been the same since Borders closed and the high rise went up across the street from the theater.

I drove by the other day and I was shocked at how fast they did construction. The buildings look nice but I was a little sad knowing all that character from the old business were gone 😪

Someone is profiting from all these ridiculously expensive condos going up. What’s crazy is that nobody is investigating this. Local people are struggling, and instead of looking for ways to improve their lives, they’re building these condos for rich people because, in reality, only those people are able to afford places like these.
