@chunv56: DeepSeek just released a new AI harness, and it may change how we think about what actually makes an AI agent good. The model is only half the system. The harness is everything around it: tools, sessions, sandboxes, subagents, loops, storage, and the structure that lets intelligence actually get work done. DeepSeek’s version is built around Cordis and an idea called spatiotemporal composability, which makes much of that architecture unusually modular. And recent research found that improving the harness alone, while keeping the underlying model frozen, boosted Terminal-Bench 2 performance from 69.7% to 77%. So the next AI breakthrough might not be a smarter brain. It might be a better harness. #DeepSeek #TechNews #AI #AIAgents #gigaqian

It is clear that you do not realize where this attack originated. Two companies, OpenAI and Anthropic, took open-source software—software that handled sensitive operations, training, autonomous control, guidance systems, and application development—and modified it to usurp the very functions it was designed for, integrating that technology into their own proprietary systems. When the original open-source environments resisted and pushed them out, these companies concocted a narrative about "swarms," "escaping," and "non-compliance." They are now pushing for a regulatory framework that would effectively allow them to steal open-source assets or stifle artificial intelligence altogether. These people are thieves; they should be prosecuted and disciplined, rather than letting this circular, unproductive debate continue.
