@thekingronda: Halle Berry is fighting for greater control over decisions involving her 13-year-old son, Maceo, as her bitter legal dispute with ex-husband Olivier Martinez heads back to court. In a new court filing submitted on Wednesday, the 60-year-old actress accused Martinez of interfering with their son's education and therapy, claiming their ongoing custody conflict has made it harder to address his growing behavioral problems. But the dispute has become even more serious. Martinez previously accused Berry of physically Ab\*sing their son during an alleged September 26 incident. He claimed she choked Maceo following an argument over virtual reality goggles. Berry has firmly denied the allegations, with her attorney describing the claims as misleading and without merit. Now, Berry is asking the court to grant her sole legal custody over decisions concerning Maceo's education, medical care, and mental health treatment. Her filing also points to reports from school officials describing increasingly disruptive behavior, including inappropriate language, throwing objects, and an incident involving a younger student. According to the documents, Maceo was also given a week of detention. Berry argues that the situation has worsened since a temporary restraining order was issued on October 1. She is requesting weekly individual therapy for Maceo, along with joint sessions involving herself and her son. Martinez's legal team, meanwhile, has argued that the court should hear Maceo's account of the alleged September incident. The former couple, who married in 2013 and finalized their divorce in 2023, are due back in court later this month. With serious allegations and conflicting accounts on both sides, the case remains unresolved. When parents are caught in a legal battle, protecting the child's well-being must remain the priority. \#HalleBerry #OlivierMartinez #CelebrityNews #CustodyBattle #hollywooddrama
