You guys pmo. YES, that’s not a u-turn sign but it DOES NOT mean you can’t do a U-turn. The only reason why you would not be able to do a U-turn is if there is a sign that states that you can’t do a U-turn. There is also no road to turn left on so the ONLY reason you can guess as to why they put that turn lane there is to make a U-TURN. Jesus people😭

For those saying “it’s not a u-turn” there is no where to go left except for a u-turn. Theres usually a sign that says “turning yields” and it’s only a u-turn lane

If I'm looking at it properly the issue is that he is outside of the markings for the turning lane before he's clear to proceed. You can't precook your turns as it leaves you blocking the intersection if you don't complete it before the yellow even if we view it as standard practice.
