@inquirerdotnet: ‘ALL ASPINS DESERVE TO BE SPOILED’ 🐶❤️‍🩹 WATCH: A fur parent from Mexico, Pampanga, captured hearts online after sharing how she lets her rescued aspin, Dagul, sleep in to make up for the rest he missed while living as a stray. Abby Atienza told the Inquirer that Dagul once had owners but was eventually abandoned due to his “bad behavior,” leaving him to live as a stray for three years. Atienza shared that she decided to take Dagul in after learning that he was about to be surrendered to the barangay for reportedly disturbing the neighborhood. “In-adopt ko na lang po kasi kawawa naman kung sa iba mapupunta. Agresibo po kasi siya sa ibang tao, [...] baka saktan lang nila kaya ako na lang po ang nag-adopt sa kaniya,” she said.  She admitted that handling Dagul’s behavior was difficult, but she never gave up on him and kept helping him feel safe and learn to interact with others.
