well, you certainly inspire me, as a fellow programmer/dev. For me, I realized that I don't want to get lost in writing lines of code rn. Which is antithetical to a programmer lol but I'm just doing my best. So your videos really help to stay on top of news and the state of things in the profession, providing an honest window to another person on their own journey to success. Inspiring tbh.
