@kvuenews: Deputies say two drivers reported being pulled over and having their belongings taken by a man impersonating an officer in parts of Bastrop County.

FYI you’re allowed to call 911 any time you’re being pulled over to confirm that the person pulling you over is indeed a real cop. Just turn on your hazards to acknowledge you see them, call 911 and tell the dispatcher your location. They’ll tell you pretty quickly if it’s a legitimate stop or not, and will even send a real cop if needed

Ok no sh*t.. I saw this car two days ago and thought too myself “that cop car doesn’t look like a cop car.” It was all black and had lights and even decals. But it was older car and looked dirty like it was on dirt roads recently. Crazy!
