@sar_spa63: I'd rather do three 2-hour massages than six 1-hour massages. Because I'd rather have the time to actually address what you need. A 60-minute massage can be great. But sometimes you need more than an hour to address what's going on without rushing through the rest of your body. If your shoulders need extra attention, I don't want to spend the entire appointment there and completely neglect your hips, legs, back, or feet. And I don't want to fly through a full-body massage just so l can say I worked everywhere. That's what a holistic approach means to me. Looking at the whole body, paying attention to how everything connects, and giving each area the time it actually needs. Sometimes that takes 60 minutes, sometimes it takes 90...and sometimes your body needs the full two hours. I'd rather give you the time you need than watch the clock and rush you out the door.#massage #HealingJourney #massagetherapy #TikTokShopMyWellnessJourney #spa
