I was interviewed by the owner of the company and then brought in to be interviewed by his other 3 employees. They wanted to make sure my character fit in with them. Come to find out these employees (ladies) were drama. Like they fought with each other everyday cussed each other out and talk behind my back, I was not trying to see how much of a bitch they could become. I left when my evaluation to stay on came up.

the c suite should not be directly interviewing people, thats what HR and the hiring manager are doing. if they can't delegate this job they will almost certainly be a nightmaren
