contradictions in the both answers. She mentioned there are no good lab opportunities but then she mentions that she wants to work here in nepal in a lab setting itself which would prove that there actually are lab opportunities in nepal as she is considering a career here after graduation.

The fact that she made a solid statement on the lack of good lab for just studying will not make it a sufficiently genuine statement by itself and that she mentioning that she wants to work after graduation by itself isnt a deal breaker but she didnt mention or make it clear how and where she's planning to work as of her statement it seems like she planning not to resume her stay.

I do not get it. I am a microbiologist. Work in South Africa. UK and when return set up and run food labs in food factories. Why did you refuse her Visa. There is not alot of us?

- Don't highlight negative things about your country or field. - May be elaborate more on how your education, particularly at US, will contribute to your future work here at nepal - the biggest red flag there: if there aren't good labs here, how would she come back and work in 'bad' labs? too fishy
