I don't think you can let go of memories, because they are part of us. Maybe you can try to manage them by suppressing them some, but you'll never be rid of them.

If you loved a human being with all your heart and soul, those memories will never made away. They will be with you on top of the day you die.. at least for me since I’ lost my soul dog 2 years and 4 months ago his memories will die with me

If only we could 😔sadly the memories are apart of us we store them in our hearts and minds 😔the only way to truly let go of them is to ask God to forgive us but before we can do that, we have to forgive ourselves sometimes carrying memories isn’t a bad thing. Sometimes it helps you out of situations that you might not be able to handle.🙏
