I see a lot of people online excited about this an as an engineer I struggle to see the use for this type of feature on a car. Let’s put aside if this even is possible, why is even necessary? What type of regulations are even required to have these propulsion systems installed in a highway vehicle. How much does it cost to buy, service and maintain. How much does the car even weigh. It’s interesting because in the demonstration you don’t even see the vehicle turn a corner. So it doesn’t even have a steering rack. What utter marketing nonsense.
