@crimeconnectagc: Calls are growing for General Puleng Dimpane to appear before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry to answer questions about her alleged involvement in matters linked to Crime Intelligence and Project Diversion. The concerns raised include why she allegedly submitted affidavits to the Investigating Directorate Against Corruption (IDAC) regarding the appointment of a Crime Intelligence CFO and human resources issues, what relationship she had with Dylan Perumal, and whether they ever discussed the possible arrests of General Fannie Masemola, General Khumalo, Brigadier Mokwele and other Crime Intelligence employees. Questions have also been raised about whether Dimpane played any role in allegedly facilitating the Project Diversion agenda. Those raising the concerns say she should provide answers before the commission and argue that, if she does not appear, the Political Killings Task Team (PKTT) should investigate the matter. The allegations and questions remain to be addressed through the appropriate processes. Any wrongdoing must be established through evidence and due process.
