I was using silverettes for 12 hours then using earth mama’s nipple butter the other 12 hours and started getting milk blebs!! So now I’ve stopped using both as much and I haven’t had a milk bleb in over 2 weeks 🙏

Lanolin has been saving my nipples since the start of my breastfeeding and pumping journey I swear by it

Question: should Lanolin only be using around the nipple and not the face of the nipple? (If this makes sense) also how often should breastpads be changed, after every feed or 3-4 time a day.

I didn’t have any problems with my nipples until I started using Lanolin and then I got milk blebs so bad I had to quit breast-feeding because they were bleeding and it was so painful! The only thing that helped actually heal them was expressing a little bit of breastmilk into my Silverettes! Lanolin is a NO NO for nipples in my book!!

I hated lanolin so much when I tried it and so did my baby! I liked the earth mama nipple butter much more

i was getting milk blebs bad when i started. I had my pumps cranked up to 8 and using lanolin every time i pumped. i cut my pumps down and stopped using lanolin and now my nipples are back normal
