@vice.governor.man: SOUTH KIVU, KAMANYOLA, A HISTORIC STEP CLOSER TO THE PEOPLE Friday, 16 October 2026, marks the second day of the joint outreach mission by the Governors of North Kivu and South Kivu, as they make their way to Kamanyola. The population has extended a warm and vibrant cultural welcome to Patrick Busu Bwangwi, Governor of South Kivu, and his distinguished guest, Bahati Musanga Erasto, Governor of North Kivu. For the people of Kamanyola, this visit represents a historic moment seeing their provincial governors come directly to their villages to meet them, listen to their concerns, understand their daily challenges, and work toward practical solutions on the ground. Calcture of this country under Tshisekedi the situation is inverse. This approach reflects a commitment to bringing leadership closer to the people, rather than expecting the people to travel long distances to reach their leaders. It places the population at the center of governance, where listening, which I most cases they never get them. Understanding local realities, and addressing people's concerns are essential responsibilities of public leadership. Beyond this engagement, the joint mission seeks to keep citizens informed about the political developments shaping the country's future and to strengthen their participation in the life of their communities, and being active participants in decision making. The cultural welcome in Kamanyola also celebrates the richness of Congolese heritage and the bonds that unite our diverse communities. From North Kivu to South Kivu, the message is, governance must reach the people, leaders must listen to the population, and local concerns must translate into concrete action. #FRN understands that Leadership is not only about governing the people; it is about being present among them, understanding their needs, and working together to address them. #OnenationManyculturesOneshareddestiny.
