I love walking by the rivers near me. Yesterday it was blue skies and cold but then it started raining and I can’t stand it

This is two minutes from my house, and I can’t stress enough how being by the water improves my mental health. Any time I feel down I just walk to the beach and sit there until I feel the weight lifting.

These are my favourite views 🥰 also, I’m a rat lover. My partner tells me off for trying to feed them if I do see them 😅

One of my fave places! Walking here helped me so much when I was in a bad place, I used to sit on the bank and read. So relaxing x
